Customer Stories
“Our pool was a swamp when we came back from vacation. Blue Ridge had it crystal clear in four days. They texted us updates every day. Absolutely worth every penny — we won't use anyone else.”
“We've had three different pool companies in the last five years and none of them were consistent. Blue Ridge has shown up every single week without fail for two years. Our pool has never looked better.”
“The pump motor on our pool died the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend. Blue Ridge diagnosed it Thursday morning, had the part that afternoon, and we were swimming Friday. That's the kind of service that builds loyalty.”

Common Questions
In Scottsdale's climate, weekly service is strongly recommended. The combination of intense UV exposure, extreme heat, heavy bather loads, and dust storms (haboobs) makes Arizona pools some of the most chemically demanding in the country. A pool left without professional service for even two weeks during summer can develop algae and require costly corrective treatment.
No — the vast majority of our clients are not home when we service. We only need gated backyard access. We leave a detailed service report on the gate or send a digital report after every visit, noting what was done and current chemical readings. If we find anything that needs your attention, we call or text you directly.
Arizona pools typically don't need full winterization like northern climates, but we do offer a winter balance program: reduced-frequency service in cooler months, algaecide treatment to prevent winter algae, and equipment inspection before temperatures warm back up. We recommend at least bi-weekly service year-round in the Valley.
We can usually diagnose equipment issues during your scheduled service visit or within 48 hours of an emergency call. We stock the most common replacement parts — pump motors, filter media, automation controllers — and can complete most repairs in a single trip. Unusual parts may take 1–3 business days to source.
