Good to Know
From May through September, Arizona's UV index and 110°F+ heat burn through chlorine fast and push bather load way up. Chem-Only clients often add a mid-season chlorine boost, while Full Service and Premium plans automatically scale chemical dosing during peak summer — no extra call needed.
Haboobs roll through the Valley July through September, dumping fine dust and debris into open pools within minutes. Full Service and Premium visits include extra skimming and filter attention during monsoon weeks; Chem-Only clients should expect to skim more themselves or add a one-time deep clean after a bad storm.
Needs change with the seasons and the season of life. You can move up or down a tier with a week's notice — many clients step up to Full Service for summer and back to Chem-Only once temperatures cool in November.
Equipment repairs, tile/surface renovation, and major algae recovery are billed separately from any plan — we'll always quote those before starting. Plan pricing covers routine, recurring maintenance only.
All three plans are month-to-month. Cancel or change tiers with a week's notice — no cancellation fees, no annual lock-in.

It depends on how hands-on you want to be. If you already handle skimming and cleaning yourself, Chem-Only keeps your water balanced for $99/mo. Most Scottsdale homeowners choose Full Service ($149/mo) for complete hands-off care. Heavy-use pools, rentals, and owners who want proactive equipment monitoring should consider Premium ($219/mo). We'll confirm the right fit during your free pool health check.
Yes — many Scottsdale clients step up to Full Service or Premium for the brutal summer months (May through September) when heat and monsoon dust demand more attention, then step back down to Chem-Only or Full Service once temperatures cool in November. Just give us a week's notice to adjust your plan.
Yes, standard weekly chemicals (chlorine or salt, pH adjusters, algaecide as needed) are included in all three tiers. Severe algae recovery, chemical shock treatments after a major storm, or specialty additives for problem pools are quoted separately.
